- Rates per mile that make you smile and a consistently high weekly average across all miles, loaded and empty. See the difference in your gross when your dispatchers are die hard, heavy hitting negotiators that swing for the fences on every load; on time, every time. We work on commission only; so if you aren't making money, then neither are we. Our dispatcher's are capped on the number of trucks they can dispatch for, ensuring acute attention to detail, focus, and peak performance when you need it.
- Responsible, Safe, and Smart Dispatching. We're tracking the market to make sure we're sending you to the areas where you can make the most money, while avoiding dead zones and cities where there are too many trucks and not enough loads. We're don't send your trucks out into the backwoods where you might have to deadhead out, up into the mountains (especially heavy), into a storm, into the snow, or anywhere that isn't in your best interest. We avoid slow markets unless we have a fantastic load to offer and a good pre-booked return load to get you back out on a good rate to preserve your high average per mile.
- Prebooked loads, plan your next route while you're unloading and rest properly when it's time to rest. Your load is booked before your truck/s arrive at their destination, freeing up your driver's time to rest, and be more productive when focusing on the details. It's starting to get warm, your driver's are going to be burning more fuel to stay cool; you don't want them sitting around burning even more money because they're waiting on a load.
- Receive the highest customer service satisfaction in the industry. We pick up the phone to provide support or get you loaded as soon as possible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Even on weekends and holidays.
- No middle man getting between you and your money. Load Pay is between you and your factoring company, it does not go to us first. We invoice at the end of each week with Stax Pay (our Security Assurance Card issued by Visa is at the bottom of the page) through email for services rendered during the week. Super easy, payable from your email with any card.
